FAQ RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION

From La Milla Marbella we want to offer our customers the best possible experience and the fairest way to get a table for all our customers.

Given the high volume of reservations and the reduced number of tables we have in the restaurant, we have implemented a new reservation system that allows us to guarantee the maximum number of experiences so that our customers are not left without the possibility of enjoying the experience.

How can I reserve a table at La Milla Marbella?

6 people or more from Monday to Friday
4 people or more Saturday and Sunday.

Can I cancel my reservation?

YES, you can cancel your reservation at any time from the link in the email or the SMS you received when requesting your reservation at no cost.
Cancellation policy applies if cancelled within 6 hours or no-show.
Cancellation fee: 50€ per person

Can I modify my reservation?

If it is for the same date, you can modify your reservation for fewer guests without any cost, as long as it is made 6 hours in advance, otherwise the guests who do not attend the reservation will be charged, discounting only those who attend.

If you wish to increase the number of guests, you may do so up to the same day of the reservation, as long as there is space available and we will modify it without any problem. Once the reservation has been modified, in case of non-attendance of the total number of diners booked, a charge of 50€ will be made per extra diner (10% VAT included) who did not attend the reservation.

When is my reservation confirmed?

Once you make the reservation through our website you must enter your credit/debit card along with your personal data and the system will proceed to validate the card with a charge and a refund of 1 €, once validated, you will receive an email or sms confirming the reservation. Within 24/48 hours prior to the date and time of your reservation, you will receive another email or SMS that will allow you to confirm the reservation directly or cancel it. Only in case of cancellation within 6 hours prior to your reservation, your credit/debit card will be charged for the total amount of 50€ (10% VAT included). If you prefer to do it by phone, we will ask you to confirm all your data, possible allergies and your credit/debit card to confirm the purchase of the ticket. From this point on, the procedure is the same as for our web site.

Is my reservation confirmed?

NO, it is only pre-confirmed.
Within 24/48 hours prior to the date and time of your reservation, you will receive an email or SMS where you must confirm or cancel the reservation in the links that are enabled for this purpose. ONLY once the reservation is confirmed by you by email or sms, you will have your reservation confirmed.
