With great skill and creativity, our chef Luis Miguel Menor has devised dishes balanced in flavour and texture, respecting the essence of the ingredients. One of his secrets to achieving such delicious flavours is the use of a grill pan, similar to those used at La Milla. This indispensable utensil allows him to brown meats and vegetables to perfection, capturing the authentic Mediterranean feast experience. Interestingly, this same grill pan is also available for purchase, allowing you to bring a piece of La Milla’s culinary excellence to your home kitchen. Always in the service of the highest quality produce, the restaurant also has an extensive list of suggestions of the day to complement the main menu. The restaurant also offers a selection of more than 800 national and international references, champagnes from small winemakers, generous and sweet wines, as well as a wide range of classic cocktails and its own creations.
